This form contains the matters you need to know before completing your order and assuming the payment obligation, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği). This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Contract.

2. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT

The name, colour, size, quantity and unit price of the products you order, and the other essential characteristics stated on the product page, are shown in the order summary immediately before the payment step. The images on the product page are of the product itself; slight colour differences may occur depending on screen settings.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices are in Turkish lira and include all taxes. Product prices, the shipping fee if any, and the total amount payable are shown separately in the order summary before the payment step. No additional charge not shown in the order summary will be requested from you.

Payment is made by credit card or debit card through the secure payment page of the licensed payment institution PayTR. Your card details are not seen or stored by the seller. Confirming the order means that you assume the payment obligation.

4. DELIVERY

Products are shipped by carrier from the seller's own warehouse to the delivery address you specify during the order.

Orders placed by 17:00 on business days and whose payment has been approved are handed over to the carrier on the same day, subject to the carrier's acceptance conditions; orders placed after that time, at weekends or on public holidays are handed over on the next business day. The distribution time after handover to the carrier depends on the delivery address and the carrier's distribution network.

Carrier: Kolay Gelsin Shipping is free for orders whose product subtotal after discounts is TRY 1,000 or more. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary before the payment step. The shipping fee is not counted towards the free-shipping amount. In any case, delivery may not exceed thirty days from the date on which the contract is concluded. Delivery is currently made only to addresses within Türkiye.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For orders in which several products are delivered separately, the period starts from the date of receipt of the last product. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal before the product has been delivered.

You may send your withdrawal notice within this period by e-mail to doceelegante@gmail.com or in writing to our address above. For the notice, you may use the withdrawal form annexed to this form or an explicit statement of your own.

You must send the product back within fourteen days from the date on which you sent your withdrawal notice. When you send the product with the return carrier designated by the seller, the return shipping cost is not charged to you.

All payments collected, including delivery costs if any, are refunded in a manner consistent with your payment method and in a single instalment, within fourteen days from the date on which you hand the product over to the designated return carrier. If you use a different carrier, this period starts from the date on which the product reaches us.

You are not liable for changes resulting from normal use and trying on of the product.

6. CASES IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with your wishes or personal needs, or for products whose protective elements (hygiene strip, seal, packaging) have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons. Products within this scope are additionally indicated on the product page.

7. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You may submit your requests and complaints through the contact channels above. In the event of a dispute, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at your place of residence or where the transaction was carried out; for disputes above these limits, you may apply to the Consumer Court following the mandatory mediation process stipulated by law.

8. RETENTION OF THE CONTRACT AND APPROVAL

Your order is recorded together with the versions of this form and the Distance Sales Contract that you have approved. The contract text and order summary are sent to your e-mail address after the order; if you are a member, you can also access your order from the order history in your account.

Approval checkboxes are not pre-ticked. The order cannot be completed without confirming that you have read this form.
