At Doce Elegante, we take the protection of the information you share while visiting and shopping in our store seriously. This policy explains in plain language what information we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it.

The data controller is Mehmet Koçhan (sole proprietorship) — Doce Elegante; detailed information is provided in the KVKK Privacy Notice. Pages belonging to other organisations that are reached through links on our site are outside the scope of this policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you share it directly: your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, order contents, messages you send to us.

Automatically while you use the site: session information, cart contents, pages visited, device and browser information, IP address and cookie records.

Your payment information: we do not see or store your card details. Payment takes place in the licensed payment institution's own secure environment; only the result of the transaction is reported to us.

3. WHY WE USE INFORMATION

To prepare, ship and deliver your order. To complete the payment transaction and issue your invoice. To handle your return, exchange and support requests. To manage your account and store your favourites and address book. To keep the store secure and prevent erroneous and malicious transactions. To fulfil our legal obligations. To send campaign and new product announcements if you give permission.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.

4. WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

We share only as much as is required for the task with: the carrier performing delivery, the payment institution processing the payment (PayTR), the technical infrastructure providers hosting the site and storing data (whose servers may be located abroad), parties from whom we receive accounting and audit services, and competent authorities requesting information as required by legislation.

6. SECURITY

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to the administration panel is restricted by authorisation, and access rules are applied at database level. Nevertheless, we wish to point out that no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure; in the event of a security incident, the notifications required by legislation will be made.

7. RETENTION

We keep your information for as long as it is necessary to provide the service and for the retention periods stipulated by legislation. When the period expires, the data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

9. CHILDREN'S DATA

Although children's clothing products are sold through our site, purchases may only be made by persons who have reached the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. CHANGES

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the version information appears at the top of the page.
