By using the Doce Elegante website, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms. If you do not accept the terms, we kindly ask you not to use the site.

1. DEFINITIONS

Site: The website operated under the Doce Elegante brand. User: Any natural or legal person who visits or becomes a member of the Site. Operator: Mehmet Koçhan (sole proprietorship) — Doce Elegante, operating the Site, Gazipaşa Mahallesi, 1966. Sokak, No: 17, İç Kapı No: 3, 33000 Tarsus / Mersin.

2. USE OF THE SITE

The Site is provided for the purpose of presenting and selling products. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.

The following conduct is prohibited: Performing operations that would obstruct the functioning of the Site or place excessive load on it. Attempting to circumvent security measures or attempting unauthorised access. Collecting or copying content in bulk with automated tools. Using another person's identity or payment information. Transmitting through the Site content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.

3. MEMBERSHIP

Membership is optional; purchases can also be made without membership. If you become a member, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information. If you notice that your account has been used without authorisation, notify us immediately.

You may terminate your membership at any time. If use contrary to these terms is detected, the Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The trademark, logo, product photographs, texts, design and software on the Site belong to the Operator or its licensors. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Product photographs are part of the brand identity, and their unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product descriptions, colour and size information are prepared with care. Colour differences may occur due to screen settings. In the event of an obvious material error in price or product information, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Stock availability and price are re-verified on the server side when the order is completed.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site is operated with care to ensure it functions without interruption or error. However, the Operator cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure or force majeure.

Where the Site provides links to sites belonging to third parties, the Operator is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. PERSONAL DATA

Information on the processing of your personal data is provided in the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy.

8. CHANGES

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page and takes effect from the date of publication.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from consumer transactions.
